I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with balcony was not a problem. The location is marvellous and peaceful, the check in is early. A restaurant is about 400 metres from here...

Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The free shuttle service to the beach and town was a great convenience. the rooms were comfortable with great amenities such as satellite TV and a safe.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, mostly breads and fruits. , some staff members were rude, with the exception of the receptionist who checked us in.

Our stay at the Golden Pearl Hotel was fantastic. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like part of the family throughout our stay. The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The hotel offers a variety of services, including a gym, wellness center, and massages, which added to our relaxing experience. The pool area, although small, was beautiful and provided a nice spot to unwind. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options that kept us fueled for the day. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to both the Old Town and Anbang beach, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel's location, slightly away from the Old Town, was actually a plus for us as it provided a quieter and more serene atmosphere. we had a wonderful stay at the Golden Pearl Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location is amazing, just a quick scooter ride to the beach. the staff is incredibly helpful and willing to assist with anything you need. the hotel is right in the city center, which is convenient for exploring. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent service provided by the staff. the breakfast is delicious and there are many options to choose from. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, or relax in the comfortable deck chairs.

One thing to note is that the gym could use an update, with a few more amenities to improve the experience.

Loved the warm and friendly welcome from the staff and the excellent service during our romantic escape. the spacious and modern room was a real highlight, with a superb bathroom and a view of the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the pool area and the gym facilities.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes spotty and could only be accessed in certain areas of the hotel. the breakfast choices were not always extensive enough to suit all tastes.

We had an early flight, and the hotel went above and beyond by arranging a car, early checkout, and even provided us with take away breakfast boxes. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the pool area is fantastic. Additionally, the location is nice and quiet, away from the tourist crowds. The manager deserves a special mention as she is absolutely fantastic and ensures that guests have a memorable stay. We were blown away by the unexpected birthday cake and the staff singing happy birthday to me. There are also many amazing local restaurants within easy walking distance, and the hotel restaurant offers delicious and well-priced meals. This hotel has so many positives, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hoi An.
